  1. We will ship in-stock orders on the next business day, depending on when we receive the order. (UPS is our primary shipping method).

2. We know that you bought the product(s) you did because you are looking for something to happen, something to change. We guarantee that once you've received your product, you will notice a positive shift in the way your body feels. And if, for any reason, you don't see this shift, just let us know within 90 days of your purchase and we'll give you a 90% refund on the product. If you received free shipping, your refund will be additionally reduced by cost of shipping to you on the original order.

3. Any reports you receive in the bonus are yours to keep.


Customer Service and Returns Policy



If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, just call 503-774-5151 and tell us you'd like to return your product. We ask that returned products be in like-new condition with original packaging and materials. If the product is returned (even if it hasn't been used), a 10% restocking fee will apply. No returns will be accepted if parts are missing. A receipt must accompany all returns. If you return a product that included free shipping, you will be charged for the original shipping costs.

The following information will be required to process your Return Authorization Number Request:

  • Date of Order
  • Complete Name as it appears on your order
  • Sales Receipt Number (Order number is helpful as well)
  • Reason for Return

-We will issue the Return Authorization Number you need for your refund for up to 90 days from the date of purchase. This number needs to be placed on the outside of the shipping box, as well as inside - on a copy of your sales receipt.

-Please take all precautions to keep the product, cords, warranty information, instruction books and packaging material in as new condition as possible during the 90-day guarantee period, as all of these items will be required for a quick and proper refund. We cannot give refunds for items that are not intact.

-Any FREE items you received with your order need to be sent back along with your return.

The RA number must be written on the outside of the return package for credit. We reserve the right to determine if an item is returnable, shipping charges are NOT refundable. Items returned without an Return Authorization number, or are incomplete (missing original packaging, original instruction book etc.), will be subject to a 25% return fee. We cannot accept returns on any products that are in anyway damaged or disfigured.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We do not provide service for or take returns for ANY REASON on 110V items purchased for use in countries that use a 220V electrical circuit. You alone are responsible for providing the necessary convertor and/or adaptor. All electrical units are 110V unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation of any order is FREE, if we have not shipped your order.

*We apologize that we cannot extend our full 90-day satisfaction guarantee on any of our supplements, books, videos, dvd's or any of our sensual products, due to hygienic and legal considerations. Please take a moment to test your item(s) upon receipt, if your sensual product is defective, please call within 30 days from date of purchase for an Exchange Authorization Number and we will send you a replacement product. Product will only be exchanged if they are unused and in original packaging. All sales outide the U.S are final. Our 90-Day Guarantee does not apply to sales outside the U.S.


Extended Warranties

Extended warranties are limited against defects and are not valid if the product has been damaged or misused. Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the product purchased. Customer incurs the cost of shipping to JMP. The product will be serviced or replaced and shipped free of cost back to the customer.


Shipping Information

International orders, email us for shipping costs.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world from our offices in Oregon. However, special considerations apply for shipments to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations.

Any FREE SHIPPING offers are for destinations within the continental United States. This does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Mexico.

US Mail shipping is the only option for APO and FPO addresses.

If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, we will only ship Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or U.S. Postal Priority, which takes approximately the same time as Ground: there is no 3-day shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

PayPal Transactions: JMP Enterprises, LLC will not ship to any addresses unconfirmed/unverified by PayPal.

Items shipped to international destinations (including Canada) may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by you at the time of importation. We have no control over import duties, brokerage fees, taxes and tariffs, and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds or credits for shipping costs and items confiscated by customs. If a package is returned to us by your country's customs, you will be charged for the fees incurred for shipping it back to us.

We WILL NOT declare parcels as gifts, include invoices with altered declared value, or otherwise provide inaccurate information in order to reduce your potential import fees. This is ILLEGAL and can result in large fines for our company. Please be aware of this before placing your order. All requests for these services will be ignored.

*Please be sure to type the correct address for your order. If the post office or package carrier has to re-route your package to another address because of error, or by your request, you will be charged a fee of $10.

One and two-day shipping is limited to weekday delivery and street addresses; there are no weekend deliveries or deliveries to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for these options.

When we offer free shipping on Ground shipments…but you want a different (faster, more expensive, or Priority Mail) option, you will pay the full price of the shipping option you prefer.

For all orders without backordered items placed online by 8:00 am Pacific Standard Time, we will ship out the same day. All orders placed after 8:00 am will ship out the next business day. Note: We do not ship orders for weekend delivery, so when calculating arrival time, refer to the above deadlines and use only business days in your calculation.
