If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, just call 503-774-7450 and tell us you'd like to return your product. We ask that returned products be in like-new condition with original packaging and materials. If the product is returned open (even if it hasn't been used), a 10% restocking fee will apply. No returns will be accepted if parts are missing. A receipt must accompany all returns. If you return a product that included free shipping, you will be charged for the original shipping costs. -We will issue the Return Authorization Number you need for your refund for up to 90 days from the date of purchase. This number needs to be placed on the outside of the shipping box, as well as inside - on a copy of your sales receipt. -Please take all precautions to keep the product, cords, warranty information, instruction books and packaging material in as new condition as possible during the 90-day guarantee period, as all of these items will be required for a quick and proper refund. We cannot give refunds for items that are not intact. -Any FREE items you received with your order need to be sent back along with your return. The RA number must be written on the outside of the return package for credit. We reserve the right to determine if an item is returnable, shipping charges are NOT refundable. Items returned without an Return Authorization number, or are incomplete (missing original packaging, original instruction book etc.), will be subject to a 25% return fee. We cannot accept returns on any products that are in anyway damaged or disfigured. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Due to shipping costs and voltage issues, we do extensive testing on all electrical products shipped overseas. You still have 90 days to try the product, but you will be responsible for shipping in both directions for any returns, no matter what the reason. Extended Warranties Extended warranties are limited against defects and are not valid if the product has been damaged or misused. Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the product purchased. Customer incurs the cost of shipping to JMP.
