Pinky Balls

The pinky balls will work the bottoms of your feet and help to wake them up. Great for circulation, they also allow you to get at all the reflex points on the bottoms of your feet. The pinky balls also are very effective at reaching the trigger points in the back. Just place the ball(s) on a wall and lean in to them.
